Best Fire Table Reviews
Here you can read a thorough analysis of every fire table listed in the table above to ensure you get to know them perfectly.
This popular fire table is the cheapest entry on the list but still offers decent value with its solid body and good heat output. The 40,000 BTUs offer a good level of heat output and the construction quality is solid, even if the finish is subpar (on the bronze finish version). It’s 28” tall and the top is 38” squared, making for a nice and versatile size that ends up weighing 105 pounds. The setup is easy, the controls are straightforward and effective and it comes with a set of fire glass as well. The real drawbacks are the quality of the materials and finish. The construction feels flimsy at times, the steel used isn’t very hard and the finish is simply lackluster – it can’t handle the weather at all as it will quickly flake and fall off. If you take extra good care of it, it’s still a decent fire table available at a very inexpensive price – which is the cause of its popularity.
I’ve featured this piece on my fire pit list as well due to its design but since it has such a large mantel, it most definitely doubles as a table too. First of all, although the cast iron burner comes without a grid since it uses lava rocks, it’s extremely easy to just attach one on it in order to use fire glass instead which many people prefer. The fire table itself measures around 41.2” squared and is 21.7” tall, making it quite large and heavy (162 lbs). It’s surprisingly well-built, featuring a handsome mosaic slate mantel and a sturdy steel base, and both the propane tank and controls are placed inside of it to avoid eye-sores. It has a heat output of 40,000 BTUs which ensures a cozy atmosphere and it comes with a set of lava rocks and faux-logs that make for a beautiful fire. Although it can endure rough weather, you should always use the cover that comes with it to further extend its life. Although it’s somewhat of a “hybrid”, the quality, performance and looks that this fire table offers you is great for such an inexpensive price.
BCP delivers a sleek-looking rectangular fire table that puts out a lot of heat and due to its aluminum construction, it does not corrode easily if at all. Featuring a large stainless steel burner that puts out 50,000 BTUs of heat, it will keep you and everyone around it warm throughout the night. The fire table itself is 57” long, 22” wide and stands at 24.75” of height. The 20 lb propane tank fits inside with ease and the controls, even though they are placed on the outside, are discreet and very handy. The matching lid lets you cover the burner and transform the piece into an elegant table whenever needed. It comes with a set of fire glass beads and a vinyl cover to protect it from the elements (necessary to keep the finish intact) and although it’s not included, I recommend that you get a glass wind guard as well – it’s useful, beautiful and essential if you have kids. I was quite impressed with the quality and performance of this piece, it looks and feels much more expensive than what it is – the mark of true value. It’s an elegantly designed fire table available at a very attractive price. It’s also available in a square shape for the same amount.
This popular and award-winning fire table is the definition of “bang for your buck”. It’s sleek, modern, well-constructed, beautifully designed and best of all – fairly priced. It has a solid heat output of 35,000 BTUs and the controls feature auto-ignition, it’ll get you through the chilly nights with ease. The fire table is 44” long, 32” wide and 23” tall making for a substantial presence in your patio. The propane tank is stored conveniently inside, which is something I find essential in any piece. The design and combination of materials is beyond incredible, from the beautiful espresso-tone wicker base to the jaw-dropping tempered glass top, this fire table will leave you and your guests in awe – a perfect centerpiece. It’s very well-constructed too, featuring a sturdy powder coated aluminum structure while the other materials used are resistant to use and weather. It comes with a free 15 lb set of arctic-ice fire glass and 1 year of warranty. There’s an excellent 3-piece accessory set that comes with a tempered glass lid for the burner (effectively turning it into a full table), a matching wind guard and a cover and while it is sold separately, I highly recommend it since the value you get out of it more than makes up for the price. It’s also very well packaged and easy to setup, making for a quick and enjoyable experience. The unique blend of styles that culminates in that stunning glass top sets this fire table apart from the rest. Watching the flames dance around while the glass reflects their beauty is spectacular entertainment. This fire table’s unmatched bang for your buck makes it a truly excellent choice for all.
Big and bold, this Endless Summer fire table features a unique hexagon shape with a real tile top and a decorative steel base. The circular burner puts out 30,000 BTUs which is enough to make everyone around it feel the warmth of the flames and both the propane tank and controls are neatly stored inside of the base. It’s 47.6” long, 55” wide and 22.4” tall making it a large piece, especially when you put chairs around it. The fire table is well-made with everything fitting in place and no defects and although the tile and base are resistant to use and weather, a cover is essential since it’s possible that the rain water can infiltrate the underlays through the tile, causing it to rust without you knowing. It’s not common but better to be safe than sorry. You get a set of white fire glass for free although for this unit I’d recommend a darker tone such as copper or golden glass, it complements the fire table better and elevates it to a higher level of beauty. It’s very large, attention grabbing and the mantel is beautiful. It’s often on sale for 30% less, at which point it turns into a great deal for such a large unit. There’s also another version which offers an improvement (in my opinion) although it’s slightly more expensive. The size, heat output and construction are all the same but the top is slimmer and covered in really good-looking slate tile and it also comes with a cover. It’s up to personal taste.
Napoleon’s Victorian fire table is as elegant as you’d expect, featuring a unique and extremely beautiful lattice top – for lovers of the style it’s a definite buy. With a welded aluminum base and a strong cast aluminum top, it can endure use and weather with ease and the deep bronze finish gives it a distinctive and classy look. It’s 50” long, 32” wide and 25” tall making it a versatile size that suits most spaces, while also being able to store a 20lb propane tank inside. The decorative top can be turned into a full table, if needed, by covering the burner with the handsome matching lid. The fire table’s max heat output is 40,000 BTUs, ensuring a comfortable warm area around it whether you’re sitting or standing. It doesn’t come with a cover, sadly, but luckily they’re very inexpensive so you can (and should) get one to protect it when not being used. It does come with a set of stunning black fire glass that beautifully complements the fire table. High-quality and uniquely elegant, the Victorian fire table offers you an aura of classic luxury and warmth without breaking your bank.
The Naples is a truly remarkable fire table. Top-notch craftsmanship, incredible construction and the materials used make for a creative and seductive blend that is sure to leave you in awe. The resin wicker base gives you the classic look with modern day resilience while the black tempered glass top delivers a powerful visual spectacle, beautifully reflecting the dancing flames. The 60,000 BTUs of heat output are potent and deliver a nice and cozy atmosphere for a large area surrounding it – it’s sure to keep you and your guests warm throughout the night. It’s 48” long, 36” wide and 22” tall, making it a sizeable addition to your patio. The handsome circular burner can be covered with a matching black glass lid, turning the unit into a full table when needed. It also comes with a 10 lb set of stunning diamond fire glass, 1 year of warranty and a conversion kit for natural gas. It’s highly resilient against the weather, due to its materials, and with care it will last a lifetime. The Naples is one of the best propane fire pit tables ever made and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you have a wicker-themed patio.
Real Flame’s “Baltic” is a modern minimal fire table that can be just the perfect addition to your contemporary patio. It’s quite big – measuring 32”x50” and standing at 15.5” of height – and heavy too, weighing around 170 pounds. While the construction is very solid and sturdy, some care is still required because the fiber-concrete body, although resistant to use and weather, can chip if you bang it against something. The burner is big and fairly potent, giving off 50,000 BTUs that will be easily felt and appreciated around the fire table. The fire table doesn’t have a classic hollow base so the propane tank has to be placed outside. Thankfully, you can get a matching tank holder from Real Flame (not included) to hide it. It comes with a lid to cover the burner, of course, which turns it into a full table and a cover for the whole unit to protect it from foul weather. It’s easy to set up (with help, due to its weight), and the controls are straightforward and effective (due to the electric ignition). It’s also available in a square version and in gray color if you prefer. The Baltic is beautiful in its simplicity and for an appropriately styled patio, it can be the perfect match.
Napoleon delivers yet another great unit that combines a classic rustic bronze finish with sleek modern lines – the St. Tropez fire table. The body is sturdy and light due to its all-aluminum construction and most importantly it doesn’t let rust form. It measures 56”x36” and stands at 23” of height which is an excellent size for a chat-table and also lets it store a 20 lb propane tank inside. The burner puts out a maximum of 60,000 BTUs which is quite potent and will be felt even if not close to it. It also has an automatic gas shutoff for safety, which I deeply appreciate. It’s also available in a square shape instead of this rectangular one and it comes with a set of dark fire glass, matching the fire table perfectly. It doesn’t include a cover, although it’s something you should definitely get to extend its life. The St. Tropez looks beautiful, puts out great heat and will last for years on end making it a great choice.
The Ventura fire table takes the already great “Baltic” model and adds a touch of elegance, luxury and a whole lot more practicality. Turning the more into a classic table design, the Ventura instantly turns much more useful not only due to its bigger height but also because it can store a propane tank inside (while the other model could not). The top measures 32”x49.6” and the height is around 24.6”, making it a great centerpiece for your patio. Featuring a strong heat output of 50,000 BTUs, it’s a fantastic presence that will keep you and your guests warm while chatting through the night. The burner can be covered with the included matching lid in order to turn the unit into a full table (it’s also great to protect it from the rain). It weighs 134 pounds, making it fairly easy to move around considering its size and features leveling feet which is a rare and very useful addition. The fiber cast concrete will withstand use and weather although covering it (cover included) when not in use is always a good idea to extend its life. The fire table comes with a set of lava rocks and 2 years of warranty for free as well. It’s also available in gray. If you like minimal design, this is among the best fire tables you can get.
Most likely the largest fire table you’ve ever seen, this huge unit is impressive in its modern look, great functionality and built-to-last toughness. It measures 40×65 inches and stands at 16” of height, making it a very large presence in your patio. The design of the top is exceptionally practical, it has the burner on one side while the other remains clear for you to use for drinks, food, entertainment or whatever else you need. The burner measures around 25” by 25” and puts out 50,000 BTUs of heat which creates a great, warm and cozy atmosphere around it. The fire table uses a propane tank that has to sit outside, as such I highly recommend that you get a tank holder if you don’t have one, there’s a matching tank holder available. The controls are placed on the front (or back, depending on how you place it), and are easy and effective to use. The construction quality is excellent and the durability against weather is too, especially due to its finish. The fire table comes with a lot of goodies such as a big 55 pound pack of fire crystals (you can choose the color), a beautiful glass wind guard for the burner, a stainless steel lid and a cover for the whole unit as well. It’s quite heavy, weighing 270 pounds, so be sure to have someone to help you set it up. Perfect for both conversations and dining, this massive and modern fire table offers a fantastic high-end experience.
In my honest opinion, the Montego is the best fire table you can get. Excellent design, superb selection of materials, high-quality construction and extremely potent to boot, it smashes all expectations and offers immense value. The top measures 21”x50” and it’s 30” tall, giving it a sleek and handsome structure. When it comes to the visuals, it blows the competition out of the water. The stunningly elegant black glass top combined with the beautiful wicker base makes for an awe-inspiring sight that will bring luxury and class to wherever the fire table stands. The large 12×42 inch burner puts out an incredibly potent 88,000 BTUs, ensuring that everyone – close or far – can feel the warmth coming from it. High-end in every sense of the way, the quality is noticeable to the touch too and the spectacle that the flames provide while reflecting on the gorgeous glass top is unbeatable. The construction quality is top-notch and the materials used (tempered glass, balsam wicker and stainless steel) ensure that this fire table will last a lifetime of use. It uses a 20lb propane tank that can be stored inside the base and if you wish, you can convert it to a natural gas fire table. Included with the Montego is a set of diamond fire glass and a matching black glass cover for the burner which you can use to turn it into a full table. There’s also a wind guard available (sold separately) that fits the burner perfectly, offering resistance against the wind but more importantly protecting kids from the flames. I can’t recommend the Montego enough. It’s a beyond excellent choice in every way, offering a luxurious experience at a great price and easily beating competitors that are triple the price of the Montego. I can say with confidence that it’s the best fire table I’ve ever had and you’ll undoubtedly say the same when you get it.
If absolute luxury is what you’re looking for, then look no further. Outdoor Great Room’s Uptown fire table delivers high-quality, superb heat output and excellent design. The unit is large, standing at 24″ of height and featuring a 48″x65″ irregular top. It’s heavy (470 lbs) and has a fantastic presence that lends its elegance to wherever it stands. The quality shines through whenever you look, touch or use it as everything is incredibly well-made and the materials used are beautiful. The burner measures 12″ by 42″ and delivers one of the most potent heat-waves I’ve experienced, giving off a powerful heat output of 88,000 BTU. It comes with 1 year of warranty and while it is quite expensive, it has no flaws or drawbacks. If you want a luxurious fire table and like the design of this one, it’s an excellent choice.
These are by far the best fire tables I’ve seen, with a special recommendation going to the Outland Fire Table which offers unbelievable bang for your buck and to the “Montego” by Outdoor Great Room for offering the best high-end experience I’ve ever had at a great price.
